How do I get started?

Are you insured?
Yes! All our pet care professionals are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Last-minute cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
Do you care for special needs pets?
Absolutely. Many of our team members have experience with senior pets, medications, and special needs.
How do you handle keys?
Keys are picked up on the first day of care and returned in person once you're back home. All keys are coded without addresses for security.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Reno/Sparks Area. Contact us to confirm service in your neighborhood.
Do you care for aggressive dogs?
For aggressive dogs, a consultation is required ahead of time to confirm that the dog is within our scope and will be safe and comfortable with their sitter.
